How to raise a concern

Last updated: October 2026

Texasmyxoomenergy Tree Service wants homeowners to receive fair and honest treatment when contacting our referral service. Please let us know when something goes wrong. This page describes the complaint process and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Concerns You Can Raise

You can send a complaint about:

  • Your experience contacting Texasmyxoomenergy Tree Service, including by phone
  • Our handling of your personal information
  • Website information that seems incorrect or unclear
  • The conduct of a provider you reached through us

Problems With a Provider's Work

Providers in our network run independent businesses. Their quotes, prices, work and customer service are their responsibility. For a problem with tree work at your property, raising it with the provider is usually the first step. Keep a written record of that discussion.

Please also tell us about the problem. Provider feedback helps us maintain an honest network. Repeated shortcomings may result in a provider's removal. Texasmyxoomenergy Tree Service cannot resolve contract disputes, refund a provider's work or decide matters on the provider's behalf.

Details to Include

Send your complaint to contact@texasmyxoomenergy.lat. Please provide:

  • Your name and contact details
  • When you contacted us or the provider
  • Which phone number or form you used, if remembered
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • An explanation of what happened and the action you would like us to take

Our Review Process

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then review the events, which may involve contacting the provider. Our reply will explain our findings and any action we are taking.

Asking for Another Review

If our response does not address your concern, reply and request another review. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. A state or local licensing office may be able to assist with concerns involving licensed contractors.
